Course Description
AI is changing how elementary students access information, ask questions, and make sense of the world around them. This self-paced course helps educators and leaders understand the impact of AI in K–5 classrooms and introduce AI literacy in safe, developmentally appropriate ways.
Participants will explore how AI influences critical thinking, information accuracy, and source evaluation, then learn practical strategies for building strong inquiry habits. The course also introduces Ask PebbleGo, AI built for how elementary students need to learn through trusted, age-appropriate content.

Keri Reaney is a former middle school teacher and school librarian with more than 20 years of experience supporting students and educators. At Capstone, she works closely with schools and districts to onboard, implement, and integrate PebbleGo, helping educators feel confident using the platform in meaningful ways. Keri brings a practical, classroom-informed perspective to the creation of Ask PebbleGo and focuses on strategies educators can apply right away.
